Better Homes & Land Commission Plans – Select your commission plan from the four options below. The selected plan will be for a one year period. You will have the option to change your commission plan annually.
ALL COMMISSION PLANS: Initial Split = 65% minimum (all plans) for first 6 months or based on prior earnings (whichever is higher). The maximum adjustment for any period is two levels (up or down). Only full quarters, semiannual periods or calendar year will be used. Commissions are paid to the salesperson based on their split in effect on the date the transaction is closed.
Commission Splits are across the board on ALL TRANSACTIONS (sales commissions, consulting fees, referrals, co-broke commissions, sales bonuses, compliance fees etc.). Splits will not change by the type of transaction or fee structure & will be based on the net amount received by the broker.

An Item is a *qualified listing OR closing. Items cannot be carried over from one quarter to another.
LEVEL 1 0 or 1 Item per calendar quarter = 50% Split
LEVEL 2 2 Items per calendar quarter = 55% Split
LEVEL 3 3 or 4 Items per calendar quarter = 60% Split
LEVEL 4 5 Items per calendar quarter = 65% Split
LEVEL 5 6 or 7 Items per calendar quarter = 70% Split
LEVEL 6 8 or 9 Items per calendar quarter = 75% Split
LEVEL 7 10 or more Items per calendar quarter = 80% Split
*qualified listing is an Exclusive Right To Sell, 180 days or longer, $50,000 minimum and have a listed price no more than 10% above brokers CMA. Listed or closing commission amount (%) must be approved by the broker to qualify as an Item if less than stated within company policy manual. If property was listed by same agent and expired, it must have been expired for more than six months to count as a new listing as renewals do not count as an Item.
